Reservations
Payment methods and requirements
You need a valid driver license. An international permit is not required; the license from your country of residence is valid. You must also be at least 25 years old.
We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers and cash.
The security deposit can be paid using any of the payment methods listed above.
The deposit is released when the vehicle is returned. Depending on the bank, the refund may appear between 24 and 72 hours later.
Pickup and return
We deliver directly at the airport, hotels, ports or any previously coordinated point for a faster and more comfortable experience.
Return can be made at the airport or at the agreed point. Coordination is handled simply through WhatsApp.
Insurance and coverage
All our vehicles include Full Cover: third-party damage protection, vehicle coverage and roadside assistance. The insurance includes a deductible.
Most of our vehicles include unlimited miles. Sports vehicles include up to 100 miles per day.
